Welcome to my library!

My purpose herein is to collect and share with my family, both immediate and however greatly extended, interesting and relevant passages from old books. In some cases, when a book tells about a particular event in my ancestor's life, I also label it by year, in anticipation of possibly creating a chronology or narrative at some future time. Subjects labelled with only a surname pertain to relatives of my direct-line ancestors.
